The Namakwa Digital Hub is excited to invite ambitious youth, artisanal students from the NCR TVET College, and entrepreneurs based in the Namakwa District Municipality to apply for their bespoke incubation programmes in 2025. These programmes are designed to equip participants with the tools, networks, and support necessary to create innovative solutions and grow impactful businesses across the district.

The High Impact Seed Fund of Funds is a partnership between the SA SME Fund, Technology Innovation Agency (TIA), and eSquared to the value of Three Hundred Million (R 300 million). The HISFoF mandate is to address the funding gap between Pre-Seed and Series A funding, where the seed stage is to begin the very early stages of commercialization, before growth capital.

Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development (GDID) in partnership with The Innovation Hub Management Company (TIHMC) is seeking interested innovators to submit applications of solutions to be used to address the challenge of contaminated water and electricity outages in a school around the Gauteng province.

The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) are jointly offering the Partnering in Business with Germany (PG) training programme, which is led by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

Micro-Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) across all 9 provinces are invited to submit applications to be assisted with machinery, equipment, working capital, and acquisition of raw material to the maximum of R250,000.

Entrepreneurs in this programme are challenged to achieve and exceed their goals while receiving the guidance and mentorship they need to stay the course and build essential skills for successful venture creation. The programme focuses on the process of establishing new sustainable business ventures with the potential to grow and contribute meaningfully to local economies. The programme identifies promising entrepreneurs with the talent and energy to build their own businesses.
