Mapfura–Makhura Incubator (MMI) was established and registered in 2006 as a Section 21 company. The incubator is sponsored by Seda Technology Programme and the Limpopo Department of Agriculture. The target of the incubator is the small scale black farmers (incubatees) and emerging biofuels producers. Incubatees receive training to enhance their skills, business and managerial skills to optimize the yields of crops (sunflower and soya beans) and biofuels production.
