With the vision of being a key enabler of socio-economic development through innovation, KeNIA was set up to develop and manage the national innovation system.

The Kenya National Innovation Agency (KeNIA) is a State Corporation established under the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Act, No. 28 of 2013 under the Ministry of Education. The core mandate of the Agency is to develop and manage the National Innovation System. The Agency is therefore responsible for co-ordination, promotion and regulation of the National Innovation Ecosystem.

Platform Entrepreneurial Hub exists to upskill entrepreneurs. We focus primarily on skills related to new venture creation and entrepreneurial leadership, and we provide high impact entrepreneurship education. 

Entrepreneurship education provides our students with the knowledge, skills and motivation to encourage entrepreneurial success in a variety of settings, including starting a business, or creating value within a working environment.

Through our accredited skills training courses and programs, we facilitate knowledge transfer that empowers all our students with skills to create value

The National Housing Stokvel Company (NHSC) is a for-profit social enterprise with a focus on affordable housing and adjacent opportunities.

The NHSC helps low to middle-income earners, who wants to acquire their own home by reducing the barriers of Affordability, Security and Credit Rating. The company offers its members access to a 0% interest home loan to ensure a fairer, more inclusive and much higher success rate of homeownership, unlike conventional interest-bearing facilities.
