The Indalopreneurs Just Transition Enterprise Support Programme (I-JTEP) is implemented as a part of the Strategic Partnership for the implementation of the Paris Agreement (SPIPA) programme.

Its central objective is to contribute efforts that enable South African businesses to develop innovations that facilitate a just transition,  and it seeks to support entrepreneurs within the Limpopo and Mpumalanga coal-dependent communities and value chains.

Through a series of open calls for water technologies that are in the emerging, pre-commercial or newly commercialised stages of diffusion, innovative water and sanitation technologies will be identified, evaluated and showcased to interested parties like municipalities and industries.

Business France’s mandate is to help foster business relations between France and the countries in which the agency operates.

For example, Business France South Africa helps French companies find partners and clients in South Africa and neighbouring countries, and helps South African companies invest in France.

Eco-Connect is geared toward creating awareness among grassroots entrepreneurs of the dire need to conserve environmental resources and to provide them with turnkey eco-businesses, such as waterless car wash, waste collection, recycling electronic equipment, and electric freight service.

The eight-month programme has a two-pronged approach to developing both the entrepreneur and his business and includes personal development, business feasibility, marketing, sales, finance, technology, quality and business functions.
