Are you a South African or Zambian SME that is passionate about impact?

Are you working on an innovative business model to improve livelihoods or protect the environment?

The Technology Innovation Agency is recommending social enterprises for TRANSFORM funding, an impact accelerator led by Unilever, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the Ernst & Young Global Limited.

They are looking for social enterprises working on:

• Plastics: PET & flexible recycling technologies, refill models or businesses working on fair wages and conditions for waste collectors.

• Livelihoods: Training or financial products like credit that can increase livelihoods for shopkeepers and their ecosystem or for direct sales agents.

• Future of work: Income diversification for health workers, smallholder farmers, shopkeepers and sales agents. Training platforms that can help young people increase their incomes.
