Iraka Biotech (Pty) Ltd is a biotechnology company providing technology solutions that further One-Health Solutions. The company has developed a novel reactor for producing inactivated vaccines. The reactor enables an innovative production method which not only reduces the cost of production of vaccines by (50%) but does not comprimise the qaulity of the vaccines.

At Maungo Craft we make Award-Winning, preserves and sauces using indigenous fruits like Marula and Baobab. We work with oil processors that extract Marula oil while we save the fruit, turning it into award-winning preserves and sauces. By working with the Indigenous Oil processors we help to employ around 1000 mostly female harvesters down the value chain in the villages like Gabane.

The idea behind the project was to design and manufacture a locally produced UAV that was versatile in function, affordable and yet globally competitive.

AET AFRICA  is an 80% BEE and 55% women-owned start-up sustainability company based in Eastern Cape Dimbaza Industrial Park. AET AFRICA innovates, manufactures and supplies energy efficiency products for water heating and cooling systems and also conducts research on innovating those technologies. The company designs innovative products that would reuse wasted heat, provide accessibility and affordable hot water to all households and commercial users and further pasteurises the water.
