Impact Tank is a registered non-profit and Namibia's first social impact venture builder. Impact Tank ideate and design interventions that seek to address systemically broken social issues. They validate these models, then build and grow profitable businesses that drive towards sustainable change. Activities are organised into three thematic areas ensuring focus for the team, clear alignment to our funding partners and improving the ability to stay abreast with the latest developments within those communities.

These thematic areas are:

3. Human Capital

Circle of Global Business Women is a global network of intelligent and innovative Women who are authentic in their endeavours to create a leadership shift globally. 

Circle of Global Business Women supports the rise of Women leaders globally and urges them to shatter the glass ceiling in various fields. Circle of Global Business Women embodies a female wave of change and a power circle of Women leading that change.

Silicon Energy Technology is an innovative company aimed at providing commercialised energy solutions at affordable and economically catered prices. It is a renewable energy entity specialising in providing customers/communities with a fresher alternative to typical and existing energy solutions with the advantage of saving energy costs for customers.

Silicon Energy Technology - a renewable energy company that at its inception is focusing on solar energy. The entity does, however, plan to explore renewable energy as a whole (biogas, wind power, and hydroelectricity).

The entity has three

HYBR is a pan African innovation firm and growth platform for impact scale-ups. Our purpose is to scale positive impact to bring real and lasting change for the African ecosystem. To fulfil our purpose we are pursuing three innovation missions: Circular Economy; Inclusion; and Sustainable Lives. Each mission is a critical response to a generational societal challenge.

Black Umbrellas is an enterprise and supplier development (ESD) incubation organisation that partners with entrepreneurs, enterprises, investors and communities, to drive an inclusive and sustainable economic future by addressing the low levels of entrepreneurship and high failure rate of 100% black-owned emerging businesses in Africa.

Black Umbrellas focuses on developing qualifying businesses to a level where they can gain meaningful access to procurement, finance and networks and then facilitating access to these opportunities. While our programmes and platforms are available to any
