Sir Rooster Farms (Pty) Ltd is a creation by Zinzi Manana, based in Pongola the Northern of Kwa-Zulu Natal. We specialize in the production and agro-processing of broiler chickens. "We are butchers by trade and artisans at our craft.” We want to define the future of farming by providing tremendous value and giving home cooks access to the best South African produce, ordinarily destined for the top tables of restaurants, hotels, B&Bs, Supermarkets, Schools, funeral parlours and caterers.

We are in Polokwane and specialize in agro-processing Moringa value-added foods and beverages called Moringa Nutrika. This nutraceutical is offered mainly as a honey-flavoured powder with 10 different herbs mixed with Spirulina (blue-green algae), all flavour-masked with natural sweeteners to improve palatability and nutritional availability. Beverages are protein-rich.
