The founder explains, “Our goal is to build not just houses but homes that enhance people's lives. We strive to create safe, resilient communities that stand the test of time.”

The journey to success has not been without its challenges. As a female entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry, Oyama faced gender bias, limited access to funding was addressed by exploring diverse funding sources, such as grants, angel investors, and crowdfunding. However, her resilience and determination have been instrumental in overcoming these obstacles.

“Overcoming challenges required a combination of perseverance, strategic planning, and a fanatical support network. It is essential to believe in your abilities and to actively seek opportunities to display your expertise,” She shares.

When asked about advice for aspiring female entrepreneurs, she offers words of encouragement: “Be confident in your abilities and assertive in advocating for your business. Do not be afraid to promote your achievements and seek recognition for your work.”
