The Township Entrepreneurs Alliance (TEA) is proud to host the inaugural Township Economy Awards 2024! This national award ceremony will honour innovative entrepreneurs eKasi who have made a significant impact within their communities, showcasing their resilience, creativity and commitment to economic growth. 

These awards aim to shine a spotlight on the incredible entrepreneurs emerging from townships, recognizing those who are driving change, creating jobs and inspiring the community through the Kasi entrepreneurial excellence. These awards will feature 14 categories across multiple industries, with the addition of 4 highly coveted discretionary awards which will be picked from the winner in each category.

This celebration is an opportunity to pay tribute to the black businessmen and women who have had an impact in paving the way for small businesses to thrive. These men and women will receive a lifetime achievement award for their body of work spanning decades that exhibits business leadership excellence, consistency, leaving a lasting impact on the industry and society.
