Tender Capital Africa is a woman and black-owned Financial Inclusion Enterprise, whose business mandate is to help remove financial barriers that deter SMMEs from participating in South Africa’s mainstream economy.
Funding;
- Invoice Discounting - Tender Capital Africa advances cash against the due Invoices of an SMME, to enable it to continue its business operations. This allows the SMMEs to pursue production until they are paid.
- Procurement Finance - Procurement Finance is an all-encompassing finance solution aimed to assist SMMEs carry out and service their respective purchase order contracts, specifically contracts that are of a Supply and Delivery nature.
Funding Requirements
- Duly incorporated with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
- Trading commercial experience of one year or more.
- SARS Compliant.
- Annual Business Turnover of R1 500 000,00 or more.
- Procurement Finance requirements of a Supply and Delivery nature, specifically government and established private entities.
- Invoice Discounting requirements related to Construction and/or services tender contracts. (SMME must have a minimum of three to six months engagement with the given Paymaster).
- Funding Requirement must be a minimum of R250 000,00 or more.
