Its first technology is the Settled Bed Detector (SBD). The company’s business focus is the provision of mining and industrial solutions Its focus is the commercialization of various new technology products in South Africa with a view to expanding into the international markets. SETTEC also looks to developing more innovative technology driven instruments to address the needs of the mining and other related industries. The company’s primary focus is the in-house development of new technologies but it also does take up exclusive distributorship of related technologies developed by others.
