In an effort to provide foundational support that has deep, long term positive impact on the wide pool of entrepreneurs who are mostly start-ups and small medium and micro-entrepreneurs within South Africa, Nozibele Solutions is a company spearheading the change and impact from the ground up. We have a foundation built on the values of Ubuntu, mindset change, economic emancipation and technology innovation to uplift and equip entrepreneurs with the mind and skill-set to overcome the common obstacles and limitations of business at the start-up and SMME level.

While there are a number of existing support structures that have a focus on tech-oriented innovators and entrepreneurs, there is a large gap and opportunity for supporting innovators in the non-tech space, and those in the tech space who are held back by a failure to launch their mind-set. By unlocking the mindset and upgrading the skill-set of this target market, Nozibele Solutions believes firmly that this is the foundation needed to make our economy grow. Since our launch in August 2018, we have trained 450 people in this sector with the financial backup by eThekwini Municipality in Durban Kwa-Zulu Natal and we continue to contribute to the empowerment of our communities.

The reality is that there are no job opportunities and school leavers are not getting entry to get work experience. We want to also target these students who have completed degree or diploma but are sitting at home with no hope for a better future. They also need their mind-set to accommodate the entry to the business world.

Nozibele Solutions brings something fresh and innovative to entrepreneurs that sparks a change in their business skills! Nozibele Solution is a 100% woman-owned enterprise with a crystal clear objective to set the bar in customer service excellence by training and educating entrepreneurs, SMMEs and start-ups with a vision to spread throughout the African continent.

We have a proven record of the work we do. Our unique selling proposition is that we work with excellence and service with tangible results with the aim of maximising the potential and increase the capacity to accelerate the purpose of SMMEs, start-ups and entrepreneurs to another level through a structured mentoring support program and educational training workshops.

Since the launch of the company in August 2018, we have trained over 450 entrepreneurs within the eThekwini Region and have seen the impact these workshops has done to businesses. We have one that has also won a R 20 million tender from our in-house training program. We have worked closely with the ABM unit of eThekwini Region under the leadership of Linda Mbonambi and will be an honour to run another entrepreneurial program with your department to empower more entrepreneurs.  .

For the past three years, we have been a Business Advisory member with the Durban University of Technology Entrepreneurship Department and we have partnered with some of their third party entrepreneurs to accomplish this project.
