The National Housing Stokvel Company (NHSC) is a for-profit social enterprise with a focus on affordable housing and adjacent opportunities.

The NHSC helps low to middle-income earners, who wants to acquire their own home by reducing the barriers of Affordability, Security and Credit Rating. The company offers its members access to a 0% interest home loan to ensure a fairer, more inclusive and much higher success rate of homeownership, unlike conventional interest-bearing facilities.

The NHSC is currently seeking financial partners to assist it in developing (reaching) the company's target of 100 000 homes by 2030.
