Overview of innovation

NanoThermX™ introduces a novel method for producing high-performance nanofluids through an irradiation-assisted synthesis process that combines a base fluid with a selected precursor. This innovative approach improves the stability, dispersion, and uniformity of nanoparticles within the fluid, effectively addressing a long-standing challenge in nanofluid technology—agglomeration and sedimentation. The resulting nanofluids demonstrate superior thermal conductivity, viscosity, dielectric strength, and heat transfer coefficients compared to conventional formulations. By preventing nanoparticle clustering and enhancing interfacial bonding, NanoThermX™ ensures consistent, reliable performance over extended operational lifespans.

This technology offers significant advantages for cooling, lubrication, and energy systems, supporting advancements in renewable energy, automotive,
and electronic applications that demand efficient heat management and stability.
