Kaizen Competitiveness Improvement Programme
SMMEs in Port Shepstone and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply for the Kaizen Competitiveness Improvement Programme brought to you by the Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) together with Productivity SA.
The programme was developed to:
- Focus on creating a culture of continuous improvement with enterprises
- Develop and improve workplace collaboration between management and employees
- Implement strategies for best practices
- Facilitate networking/sharing through clustering of enterprises
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to fully participate for the duration of the programme
- SMMEs must have more than 10 employees
- SMMEs must be fully operational and stable
- SMMEs main operations must be in Port Shepstone and surrounding areas
- Turnover of less than R10 million
