The Durban ICC is recognised as one of the most advanced conference venues globally and holds accolades as the leading conferencing facility in Africa. To expand its supplier database and foster inclusivity in the marketplace, particularly for historically disadvantaged individuals, the Durban ICC warmly invites both current and potential service providers to attend its Annual Supplier Day 2025.

The EThekwini Municipality SCM Department will be available to offer the following services to the suppliers:
– Providing first line support on all CSD related queries
– Assist suppliers with eThekwini portal registrations and queries
– Perform vetting on site

Required Documents for Vendor Portal Assistance:
To receive assistance with eThekwini Municipality’s Vendor Portal, service providers must bring the following documents:

  1. ID Copies
  2. Company Registration (CK) Documents
  3. Bank Confirmation Letters
  4. BBBEE Certificates
  5. Proxy Letter
  6. Tax Pin/Certificate
  7. Proof of Company Address
