Conduit Capital is an investment holding company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange with a number of subsidiaries, most of which are involved in the Southern African insurance industry.

To build a diversified insurance investment group supported by a non-insurance portfolio with a strong value investment orientation in order to create sustainable value for our shareholders and all stakeholders.

In its pursuit of this vision, Conduit seeks to increase long-term intrinsic value per share at above market averages and ahead of the performance of its peers. To this end, the Group primarily operates through two internal segments, namely Insurance and Investments, which work in a virtuous circle to maximise value creation.
