Call for Proposals: Corporate Social Investment Projects in South Africa
The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) is inviting proposals from organisations dedicated to uplifting historically disadvantaged individuals and driving positive change in Gauteng communities. Through its Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme, GPF supports impactful projects that improve access to the property sector and address local community challenges.
Funding is available for initiatives in areas such as education, youth empowerment, disability support, women’s empowerment, disaster relief, humanitarian aid, welfare, and organised faith-based programmes. Grant funding of up to R100,000 (including VAT) is awarded for direct project costs, but not for operational expenses, salaries, or ongoing running costs. This opportunity does not extend funding to political parties, labour unions, for-profit organisations, or individuals.
Eligible organisations must primarily serve previously disadvantaged communities, with at least 75% of beneficiaries being black (BBBEE Charter compliance). Applicants should be able to provide externally audited financial statements or reports and be registered as a Non-Profit Organisation, Non-Governmental Organisation, Public Benefit Organisation, Section 21 company, or Trust.
The GPF’s support aims to promote sustainable development, empowerment, and urgent humanitarian response where it’s needed most.
