22 On Sloane, in partnership with African Bank has launched the Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme — a 12-month initiative designed to empower 10 high-potential female-owned businesses with the skills, knowledge, and support to thrive.

Throughout the programme, selected businesses will gain:
- One-on-one mentorship & business coaching
- Training in digital transformation, operations, HR, marketing & finance
- Market access & capital opportunities to drive growth

This initiative aims to bridge capability gaps, create jobs, and help businesses integrate into corporate supply chains. 
If your business meets the below criteria, apply now:
- female ownership (Black, Indian, or Coloured)
- Operating for at least 3 years
- Revenue under R10 million (EME)
- Ready to scale digitally
