Call for Applications: 2025 Entrepreneurial Capacity Development Programme

The Wits Crucible for Entrepreneurship at the Wits Business School invites applications for the 2025 Entrepreneurial Capacity Development Programme to unemployed young graduates with a technology-driven business idea.
What to Expect?
A fully-funded 16-week intensive entrepreneurial capacity training with hands on workshops and real world entrepreneurial simulations. Successful completion of the Wits Business School Technopreneurship Short course may lead to the following pathways:
- Entry into the Wits Crucible Centre for Entrepreneurship incubation programme where you will receive further training, mentorship from industry leaders and personalised coaching.
- Elevation into the Wits Crucible Centre for Entrepreneurship accelerator programme which will consist of funding and investor-readiness support.
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certified tertiary level qualifications (University, TVET, National Diploma, Graduates)
- Certified Identity Copy (ID) or passport
- A short motivation statement (max 500 words) describing: Your business idea, the problem it addresses, why you are passionate about it and your vision for growing the idea.
- Optional: If you already have a registered company, you may include; a brief company profile and the CIPC registration documents
