BSMART Step-Up program helps build excellence in the end-to-end business value chain for SMEs. Sponsored by ABSA and powered by Oaktree People Solutions, the program begins by wiring an essential growth mindset and resilience needed for entrepreneurial success. Using simulation, case studies, and reflection, it creates structured learning in entrepreneurial leadership and business model innovation, including strategy implementation, effective communication, the perfect pitch, networking, and relationship-building crucial for team leadership, supplier relations, and investor engagement. Participants will also develop key organisational skills essential for operational excellence and market competitiveness.
