S-Band Patch Antenna

The S-Band patch antenna is designed to be mounted on the nadir-facing side of a 3U CubeSat. A wide beam width ensures satellite communication through a wide range of elevation angles. It is machined from solid aluminium.

  • Left or right-hand circular polarization
  • Simple integration with structure
  • High gain (7dBi)
  • Supports both amateur and commercial bands

X-Band Patch Antenna (XANT)

The XANT is a low-profile X-Band patch antenna designed for CubeSat missions. It is compatible with the CubeSat standard in terms of height limitations for mounts on the exterior chassis.

  • For space missions where a high data rate downlink is required
  • Three versions available to ensure a sub 3dB axial ratio over the entire X-band
  • Insensitive to the surrounding ground plane, making integration simple

X-Band Patch Antenna Array (XANT4)

The XANT4 is a low-profile array of four X-Band patch antennas designed for CubeSat missions. It is compatible with the CubeSat standard in terms of height limitations for mounts on the exterior chassis.

  • For space missions where a high data rate downlink is required
  • Maintains a sub 2dB axial ratio over the entire X-band, with versions available in both LHCP and RHCP
  • Insensitive to the surrounding ground plane, making integration simple
