HYBR is a pan African innovation firm and growth platform for impact scale-ups. Our purpose is to scale positive impact to bring real and lasting change for the African ecosystem. Biotikum (Pty) Ltd is a proudly South African spinout company of the University of Stellenbosch which was founded in 2020.  Biotikum develops and produces microbial additives for the agricultural industry, including host-specific animal probiotics, microbial silage inoculants, and soil inoculants.  The use of microbial additives is an environmentally friendly means to promote sustainable farming practices and improves profitability.  In the future, Biotikum aims to provide large-scale microbial production services to various industries in Africa.
