Temo e Bohlale (Pty) Ltd is a privately owned agricultural enterprise based in Botshabelo, Free State. Originally established as a sole proprietorship, the business has evolved from traditional farming practices into a formally registered company committed to modern, sustainable agriculture.

Operating from the Iketsetseng Commonage in Semphurwaneng—approximately 5 km from Kaiser Sebothelo Stadium—Temo e Bohlale has a farming legacy that spans over 27 years. Historically grounded in conventional methods, the company has transitioned to embrace innovative, technology-driven solutions in response to the challenges posed by climate change and evolving environmental conditions.

Temo e Bohlale specialises in livestock farming as well as the trading of agricultural products and services. Its mission is to modernise agriculture by implementing smart, efficient, and labour-reducing farming techniques that promote productivity and sustainability.

The company was founded by Palesa Sello, a qualified Agricultural Graduate with a Diploma in Agriculture, majoring in Animal Production. Palesa brings over five years of managerial experience from her family's farming business, hands-on training from Maloti Footpath Farm (Sporekraans Hiking Trail), and professional experience as an Assistant Agricultural Practitioner under the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform, and Rural Development’s Advisory Services.
