Our current customers Morolo Recycling , Retumetse Woman Project Sidingulwazi Holdings Investments, and Orange Farm metals. Which are local well established buyback centre’s within a radius of 5 km.

I do not operate from a fixed, dedicated collection or processing site; instead, I operate as a mobile collector. I actively harvest recyclable waste directly from the source, including local spaza shops, schools, households, and public areas/illegal dumping sites, before transporting and selling the materials to the buy-back centres. And the relationship with these buyback centre’s was established in 3 years since I started this work until today . And im intending to turn them into my suppliers aswell. Further more I have established relationships with a customer ChescanCC which recently gave me a supplier agreement contract this contract binds our relationship for 5 years stating from 2026 to 2031 and I’ve known ChescanCC or Cheslyn Dunlop (CEO) for 2 years now.
Geographic Reach
My current place of operation is Orange Farm Johannesburg South Gauteng Province South Africa. And we are intending to expand beyond neighbouring provinces in 6 to 7 years.
We intend to grow the business by securing new leads and increasing our customers base and as well as strengthening our suppliers or recyclables , trough salesmanship, strategic partnerships and customer satisfaction. We also want to divert 200 tons of waste from landfills per month in Gauteng and neighbouring provinces such as Free State, KZN, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West in 7 years and that is far as the collection is concerned. Over and above from year 8 we are intending to expand our company by building 3 larger workshops in 3 provinces Gauteng, KZN, And Western Cape. These facilities are a storage facilities and they will be having recyclables washing lines, enabling us to process recyclables to the stage of smashed and fully hot washed recyclable flakes , Enabling us to sell recyclables including different forms of recycling stages.
In year 10 of operations of this business we intend to export our services to neighbouring countries and establish operations in SADEC region.
Innovation
Recycling The Future pty Ltd’s approach to minimizing waste going into landfills is slightly different from other companies or competitors. We help stores and warehouses to clear their floor space by being on site and helping them remove waste from the floor as it is produced. We are intending to place a team member in each of our suppliers site to enable this operation to be more successful and the service provided to our suppliers of clearing the floor space will be not charged instead we will keep the waste that we collect from them . And our innovative strategy also includes reporting exactly to our customers the amount of waste recovery from their sites and diverted from landfills, this enable them to excel in waste management oddities. Other innovation approach we have is that we will be strictly using online methods of payments including for our informal waste pickers as well, this way we will have a system that will help informal waste pickers get registered and be recognized because for the province to reach 100% free waste its waste pickers must be fully acknowledged and recognized through incentives for hard work that they are doing
