Our Gene Expression Profiling platform merges cutting-edge technologies of molecular biology and artificial intelligence tools to create molecular classifiers that are translated into actionable results to unlock the best care for cancer patients. Our current portfolio is composed of the two first gene expression-based tests developed and applied on clinical routine in the southern hemisphere: a. mir-THYpe®, which is microRNA-based molecular classifier for thyroid nodules with indeterminate cytology.

To date, we are driving a revolution with a dramatic reduction in unnecessary thyroid surgeries. The validation study showed a 96% NPV and the test is performed using the readily available smear slides already prepared for prior cytology test. b. TOT- Tumor Origin Test, which is a mRNA-based molecular classifier for Metastatic Cancers with Unknown Primary site.

We are providing data that can help physicians on treatment decisions resulting in the patient best care. The test evaluates the expression profiling generated by a panel of 95 genes and compares the genetic signatures with a database of 4400 known primary cancers, divided into 25 cancer types. We have licensed this test patent and commercialization rights to Fleury Group, one of the largest laboratory networks in Latin America.
