We are dedicated to discovering, developing, and promoting upcoming artists and disadvantaged talent pools, with a strong emphasis on youth and women empowerment, and employment equity. Our unique blend of industry experience, Thandiwe Acentia Thukani
(Business Management NYDA, Miscellaneous Units Standards, artist management and event’s organizer since 2019) and Khotso Andrias Mongale (Diploma in Business management and Advanced Diploma in adaptive leadership), business acumen, and social impact, ethical industry commitment positions us for rapid growth and significant returns, while fostering a vibrant and harmonious creative ecosystem in the Free State. We are seeking R 150 000 to establish a state-of-the-art recording studio, expand our artist development programs, and aggressively market our talent projecting profitability within 12 months and significant returns for investors through a diversified revenue model.

The company will operate using a lean, cost-efficient model, outsourcing studio recording while focusing on artist management, digital music distribution, event bookings, and skills development. This approach allows the business to generate revenue immediately without heavy capital investment. Kay & Tee targets unsigned artists aged 18–35, with a strong focus on youth and women empowerment, aligning directly with NYDA’s mandate of job creation, skills development, and sustainable youth enterprises. With funding of R150,000, the business will support 3–5 emerging artists in its first year, create self-employment for the founders, enable income generation for artists through performances and digital sales, and reach profitability within 12 months. Kay & Tee Entertainment is positioned for scalable growth into a full record label and studio operation in future years.
