Our innovation introduces a centralized, digitally managed civil construction equipment and plant hire logistics model in Refengkgotso. Local township contractors and micro-enterprises are systematically excluded from executing major public sector tenders because they lack affordable access to heavy earthmoving machinery. This project establishes a locally stationed fleet of construction assets available on a flexible, short-term deployment basis. By linking retail cash flow liquidity to infrastructure mobilization, we eliminate expensive outsourcing markups and create a reliable equipment pipeline that accelerates municipal service delivery and creates sustainable local jobs.
