Overview of Business

GH4SCWM is a private company (Pty) Ltd, while GH4SCN is a registered non-profit public benefit organisation established to support government efforts in reducing chronic youth unemployment.

Both entities were incorporated in 2017 and have since secured strategic partnerships that are critical to unlocking untapped opportunities to channel unemployed youth into sustainable career pathways and new revenue-generating possibilities.

GH4SCN has secured a partnership with the Presidential Youth Employment Initiative (PYEI) through the National Youth Service (NYS) programme.

In the medium term, GH4SCN’s focus is centred on creating youth opportunities within mathematics, as well as health and fitness sectors.

GH4SCN is currently in advanced discussions with the National Department of Basic Education, which has endorsed GH4SCN’s world-first mathematics board game innovation.

GH4SCN’s mission is to empower at least 22,000 unemployed youth to establish their own Community Mathematics Clubs (CMCs).

This approach provides unemployed youth with access to a franchise-style model through which they gain practical business exposure and learn key business principles and operational skills, with minimal start-up investment.

As a registered non-profit public benefit organisation, GH4SCN has also secured Expressions of Interest from private-sector social impact investors.
