Future Females Windhoek
Overview of Organisation
Future Females is a movement that exists to connect, inspire and support current and aspiring female entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs – to rapidly increase the number of and success of these women.
Future Females is a platform that provides an environment, both digitally, physically, and emotionally, where women can connect with each other and access the resources they need to succeed.
We are four things at our core:
- Network – we want to build the largest and most engaged community of female entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs globally. A space where women can feel vulnerable, give and receive feedback and share wins and losses alike.
- Events – we run monthly themed events in all cities we operate in through our ambassadors, focused on topics voted for by the community such as ‘the entrepreneur mindset’ and ‘using your influence’.
- Content - we aim to be the go-to destination for female entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, by offering up to date content on our monthly themes through our talented guest bloggers, and by partnering to reduce the barriers for women to access services, funding, grants, startup programs, staff etc.
- Training & Mentorship - in 2018 we aim to pilot two programs focused on developing women, by giving them the skills, strategies and mentor/coaching support that will help them succeed.
- Our values are collaborative, inclusive, community-driven and give first.
