FSAT Labs TerraFoundry Programme – Climate-Tech Accelerator 2026

The FSAT Labs TerraFoundry Programme is a 3-year climate-tech accelerator designed to support Western Cape-based green businesses ready to Rise, Raise and Scale.

The programme will support 120 climate-tech startups over three years, with 40 businesses selected for the 2026 cohort. TerraFoundry aims to accelerate innovative climate solutions through structured incubation, investor readiness, and market access support.

The programme focuses on scalable climate-tech solutions that address environmental challenges while creating sustainable economic opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Based in the Western Cape, South Africa
• Established company (approximately 1 year or more)
• CIPC registered business
• Scalable business model and product solution
• Innovative solution addressing a clear problem or gap
• Pre-revenue or post-revenue (up to approximately R150,000 per year)
• Digital-based MVP, product or service (or planning to develop a digital MVP)
• Must operate within climate-tech or green economy sectors

• Waste Management
• Circular Economy
• Water Management
• Climate Monitoring
• E-Mobility and Electric Vehicles
• Built Environment and Sustainable Cities
