EarthSaathi is a Mumbai-based clean energy startup (founded 2024) building NS-Max, a system that turns raw biogas into pipeline-grade biomethane while capturing the CO₂ for reuse, at a modeled cost of about ₹2.9/kg versus ₹6-8/kg for imported systems. India’s fast-growing CBG sector (1,215 registered plants) is held back by costly, imported upgrading technology that wastes methane, and we offer a cheaper, India-made alternative for an equipment market of roughly ₹6,000 crore. We have a patent filed jointly with IOCL, a pilot running at Sahyadri Farms, Nashik, 3 Letters of Intent from clients in Bangalore and Uttar Pradesh, and a ₹20 lakh grant, and we earn through equipment sales plus maintenance and solvent contracts. Led by PhD chemical engineers Dr. Shaurya Mohan and Dr. Namrata Upreti, we are raising ₹1.5 crore to scale the technology to a field-validated pilot and move toward commercial orders by 2027-28.
