Applications are now open for the Evidence for Climate Action (E4CA): COP31 Call for Proposals, inviting researchers, evaluators and practitioners from around the world to contribute evidence that can inform international climate policy discussions at COP31.

E4CA is a global platform that promotes the use of independent, evidence-based research to support climate and environmental decision-making. Purpose of the Call

Eligibility Criteria

The following are not eligible:

• Opinion articles

• Unpublished working papers
• Proposals based on multiple unrelated publications
