Opportunity Summary
The Vaccines for Africa: Roll-out and Production in South Africa (SAVax) programme invites qualified Chambers of Commerce, Business Organisations and Consortia to submit proposals for facilitating strategic partnerships, knowledge exchange and investment linkages between European and South African pharmaceutical and biotechnology ecosystems.
Implemented by GIZ South Africa, Lesotho & eSwatini and co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the programme aims to strengthen South Africa's vaccine manufacturing ecosystem through international collaboration, investment attraction and technology partnerships.
