Aleyo Capital is a Botswana-based alternative asset investment management firm specialising in private equity and mezzanine investments in Southern Africa. The Firm invests in high growth, market-leading businesses with the potential to generate superior returns for investors.

The Aleyo Capital team established and manages a hybrid private equity fund, the Aleyo Growth Fund I, which successfully achieved its first close with a total commitment of BWP 500 million in August 2018. The Fund is targeting to close at BWP 750 million worth of commitments.

Aleyo Capital is a member of the Southern African Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SAVCA), Business Botswana as well as a signatory of the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).
